We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a booming startup in the graphics and printing industry for a Customer Care Agent fluent in Italian.
Competências:
What we are looking for:- Fluent/ Native Level of Italian;
- Advanced level of English;
- Capacity for analysis and critical spirit to avoid objections;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
Principais responsabilidades
You will be responsible for:- Telephone support, chat and email to all customers;
- Helping customers with every stage of the order process;
- Aiding customers navigate the site;
- Assisting customers with budgets.
Oferta
We are offering:- Base salary + Meal alwoance + bonus structure
- Work schedule: 9am to 6pm
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
- Location: Quinta das Conchas Lisboa (with good conections to public transportation)
