Customer Care Advisor – English Speaker (m/f)


Our Customer Support Advisors will be an asset to growing exciting project, working for this big client that is a global leader in the IT field.


Your main tasks:

- Troubleshoot issues related with technical equipment; 
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level (when necessary);
- Always maintain and improve customer satisfaction level.


Our Profile Requirements:

- Fluent/High level of English (compulsory);
- Previous experience in contact centre would be a plus; 
- Customer service oriented, with outstanding communication skills;
- Team-player;
- Flexible and with stress resilience.
