Your Mission
- Managing expectations and claims in a positive, polite and diplomatic way:
- Assisting customers and hotel partners via phone regarding customer bookings, requests from partners and guests
- Guaranteeing effectiveness in cancelations, property complaints, amendments, resending reservations to partners
- Checking availability and inventory issues
Your profile
- Native English
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ease in multitasking several applications at once
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service at a customer oriented business
- Availability to work in rotating/night shifts
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
It will be a plus
- At least one year of high-volume call center experience in a metric-driven environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
