At this very moment, Kelly is looking for English native speakers for our client's Customer Advisor Center in Portugal, and help them deliver an experience that exceeds the ordinary, ensuring their clients will come back time and time again.
Job Description
The main role of the Customer Adviser is to contact prospective customers in order to understand their needs and help them to achieve highly automated production processes. For that, you will need to understand your clients business, in order to offer the latest in machine intelligence to help them coordinate their manufacturing processes, with tools like machine scheduling, holistic build analyses and supplier integration.
What we are looking for in an agent:
- Native English speaker (mandatory);
- Previous experience as Telemarketing or Customer Adviser (preferential);
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Stress resistance;
- Good technology knowledge.
