- Clarification of customer questions related with products and services;
- Reporting issues by ticketing;
- Measure customer activity and behavior to satisfy their needs;
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Proficiency in English plus one European language written and spoken (mandatory);
- Completed High School Education (mandatory);
- Previous work experience in similar positions (preferential);
- Degree in Marketing or other related area is a value;
- Ability to communicate with the customers in correctly manner;
- Organization and dynamism is valued.
- Initial and continuous training;
- Work contract;
- Salary package according with the position.
