Requisitos:

-Experience working with CRM solutions, preferably Oracle CRM On Demand
-Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data;  Designs workflows and procedures Generates creative solutions; Uses feedback to modify designs
-Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions
-Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics
-Understands business implications of decisions; Aligns work with strategic goals
-Customer Service oriented
-Keen attention to detail and accuracy
-Committed to continuous improvement
