Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, English Speaking candidates for a role of Credit Card Lead in Oeiras.Funções
Key Areas of Responsibility:Credit Card activities
• Manage the relationship with relevant credit card service providers and with the Europcar Group MOP team
• Supervise month-end closing CC activities and analysis to country relevant stakeholders
• Ensure timely review of Credit Card flows (Aging/Unapplied)
• Supervise Balance sheet credit card transactions
• Supervise/Management of CC bad debt risk provision
• Responsible for local audit (Credit Card supporting documentation)
Processes ownership
• Review and validate team member work, ensure quality of entries
• Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions both within the SSC, Europcar organization and externally in order to maintain an understanding of the process context and deadlines
• Understand and operate to SLAs focusing activity in order to ensure compliance and identify ways of exceeding customer expectations
• Identify problem areas in the processes and work with the team and the S&P/BPO to generate solutions
• Drive and supervise the implementation of new solutions
• Responsible for the retention of documents
Team Management
• Manage resource allocation in the Credit Card team to ensure efficient/effective resource utilization
• Assist the TRCACC Manager in setting performance measurement procedures for all employees including objective setting, appraisal and personal development plans
• Spend time on coaching of the team
• Review team members against monthly targets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information produced by the team
Requisitos
Key skills:• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business
• Professional experience in Financials functions (>4 years) - Credit Card Management will be a plus.
• Excel advanced user
• English proficiency require
• Proactive & adaptable & strong team spirit
• Experience in shared service environment desirable
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to motivate and coach team
• Aptitude for process improvement
