The Multipessoal Group is currently recruiting Chefs and SubChefs (M / F) with training and experience in Indian Cuisine for Restaurant located in Lisbon.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals (Follow recipes and presentation specifications);
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner;
- Menu planning;
- Control stocks and manage orders;
- Ensure quality of service;
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment;
- Maintain a clean working station.
Requisitos
- Training in the kitchen area;
- Minimum experience of 2 years;
- Experience in traditional Indian and Pakistani cuisine;
- Knowledge of HACCP;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to a distinct and strongly customer oriented service;
- Dynamism and initiative capacity;
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays;
Oferta
