Adecco Recursos Humanos encontra-se a recrutar um/a People Operations Coordinator (M/F) para empresa prestigiada, a nível nacional e internacional, sediada na zona de Lisboa:

Funções

Grow number of delivery partners on the platform: set up efficient processes for delivery partners acquisition, retention and overall satisfaction
Help launch the business in new cities: lead information sessions to couriers, pitch the opportunity and convince delivery partners to join the app across the country
Help manage operations: monitor operational metrics, formulate and execute plans to improve our operations in new cities.
Identify opportunities, marketing ideas and partnerships for delivery partner acquisition and execute them
Resolve complex problems for delivery partners in a quick manner and with the highest standard using various support platforms (email, chat, phone)
Be able to learn and master multiple systems
Be a subject matter expert on all courier-related processes
Prioritize tasks, escalate them to appropriate stakeholders, and drive them to resolution as necessary
Hustle: take ownership and do what it takes to get the job done.

Requisitos

Experience. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, account management or operations.
Incredible empathy and understanding of both eaters and driver partners alike. You will be an advocate for Uber's users and are passionate about the community experience.
Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
Eloquence. You're eloquent and able to strike the perfect tone, whether you're explaining a new policy to drivers, explaining the importance of certain complicated metrics, or responding to support issues over email.
Passion. You love Uber. You are driven by helping others and being at the forefront of a highly visible, fast-growing brand.
Travel. You’ll be flexible to travel across the country to bring Uber Eats to every city in Portugal
Organisational skills. You’ll handle many complex and urgent issues at once to efficiently resolve a large number of problems and inquiries.
Results driven and autonomy. You do what it takes to achieve results in a very independent way
Analytical skills. You’ll carry on analysis and creatively find solutions
Team player. You’ll contribute to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
Exceptional speaking, reading comprehension and writing skills, both in Portuguese and English
A bachelor's degree and masters experience preferred.
