Our client is an multinational company that operates in the Luxury Goods. At this moment it is looking to strengthen the structure:Counter Manager – Lisboa (m/f)
Reporting directly to the Retail Director, the main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible to achieve counter sales, KPI’s, budget targets whilst managing a team of Brand Ambassadors and/or temporary staff in charge of promoting Brands & Products by delivering a unique, specific & remarkable customer experience;
- Manage with his team a specific action plan to increase Brands’ awareness, build customers’ loyalty, respect counter rules, process, tools & reporting and be able to create a consistent team player spirit supporting the collective goals;
- Master and monitor objectives, KPI’s and budget, analyze counter performance or underperformances, be the force of proposals to develop the business at your counter and/or to ensure an unique and remarkable consumer experience (individual actions and collective actions);
- Act as a Counter Ambassador of group and Brands, in charge to drive your BA Team of making live our consumer an unique and very different experience;
- Supervise, motivate, develop & empower the BA Team, contribute to the sourcing and selection of the team;
- Identify gaps of knowledge and posture and coach individually, and contribute to assess his team (performance appraisal).
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as standalone, department store or Travel Retail Counter manager and experience in team management, ideally, exposure to Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Goods or FMCG industry;
- Consumer orientation and ability to set and achieve sales goals;
- Retail KPI knowledge and analysis;
- Ability to embrace team spirit, to supervise, motivate, train and coach;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
