responsabilidades chave
Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information and trends;Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data;
Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions, calculating estimated tax payments, assembling data for annual tax filings;
Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data;
Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations;
General accounting management;
Payable & receivable account;
Analysis of expired loans and customers;
Budget fund analysis;
Valuation of the warehouse;
Weekly/ Monthly contacts with the Branch Controller at Group HQ for all-in-ones.
competências
Bachelor and / or Master level in the areas of Economics and FinancialMinimum experience of 2 to 3 years in external audit;
Advanced knowledge and taste for the IT area;
Strong knowledge of MS Office Software;
Team orientation and spirit of initiative;
Responsibility and autonomy;
Dynamism and initiative
Good interpersonal relationship;
Availability to travel abroad (Spain);
Deadline-Oriented;
