Kelly Services, thanks to its expertise in Contact Center and shared services, is currently in the process of selection for a well-known Client located in Miraflores, a Control Tower Account Coordinator for shared services.We are currently working with a global leader in industrial supply chain solutions, which offers a unique logistics and transportation experience. For their global service center, we are looking for a Control Tower Account Coordinator (m / f).
The mission of the Control Tower Account Coordinator is to perform specific tasks (control, analyze, improve, standardize the management of the transportation and billing of subsidiaries), in accordance with the requirements of the Customer Central. This is the point of entry of the customer into this Shared Service Center Client for general transaction and billing topics
Profile:
Portuguese speaker (C1 level minimum) and fluency in English (C1 level minimum);
Relevant Degree such as Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Finance, Management, Business Management & Administration or experience in technical accounting processes, preferably in the Shared Services environment (mandatory).
2 years of experience on a similar function
Proactivity and strong customer focus, ability to establish and manage effective relationships with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders;
Orientation and knowledge of continuous improvement;
Analytical ability, advanced knowledge of computer tools, including MS Excel and Outlook; RPA / BPA / Macros;
Availability to travel for training (1 month at Courbevoie Paris)
