- Moderation of audio, video and written contents at different communication channels;
- Screen, monitor, and approve contents in compliance with the website’s guidelines;
- Promote excellent customer service and help to cultivate a strong community around the brand;
- Report of the results and any inappropriate contents.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and oral) in English (mandatory);
- Completed high school education (mandatory);
- Previous experience in similar positions is a value;
- Knowledge of Google Ads/Ad products is a plus;
- Committed and able to produce high quality work;
- Precise and attentive to detail.
- Initial and continuous training;
