responsabilidades chave

You will be part of a project team in the international and cross-divisional teams of the Digital Office (GYZ) to shape and deliver memorable customer experiences to grow the Airbus brand and reputation at the highest level.
Position Summary: We are looking for a data analyst to successfully turn data into insights that support the business decisions taken within the Comms and Corporate Affairs
scope. In addition, the data analyst will be contributing to the transition towards a more data-driven environment, supporting the users to create a data oriented mindset in analytics to get ready for the future Airbus challenges.
Essential Functions:
In your role, you will be responsible to implement and develop data analytics deliverables according to the Comms and Corporate Affairs business needs, in order to support the
ongoing projects and activities.
Collaborate with the business to identify data needs, gaps and opportunities to fulfil the their activities and projects
Capture, interpret and analyse data using simple and complex statistical techniques to provide reports and dashboards based on the business use cases identified.
Develop, maintain and update key performance indicators (KPI) according to the specification of the business
Develop new dashboards and reports to track performance of key KPIs
Acquire data from different data points (Skywise or any additional secondary data source), enrich and rearrange data maintaining datasets and collections in order to support the analytical needs of the business projects
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Support the industrialisation and standardisation of the KPIs in collaboration with the performance managers
Work closely with the data officer, data architects, and other data analysts to ensure the on-time, on-quality, consistent delivery of the results
Work closely with the Digital Solutions managers to ensure the assessment and selection of tracking/analytics solutions to support Business needs

competências

Degree in IT or Business Administration with specialisation in statistics, business intelligence, advanced data analytics / Big data business project deployment and/or Information technology
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics / big data / business intelligence solutions and project management
Technical & Analytical Skills
Significant experience in SQL, Python,
Good knowledge of Dashboarding tools (preferably Qlik Sense or GOogle Data Studio/Looker)
Solid knowledge on how to work with complex and/or large datasets, on different data formats, using data wrangling libraries or processes to prepare raw data
Knowledge of data analytics/big data solutions
Prior experiences with Google Apps Script, Github are a plus
Ability to translate business problems into meaningful insights
Agile project management skills
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
