We are looking for a Rang Commis to manage and provide a great guest experience, ensuring that food and drinks are prepared and appropriate recommendations are provided to guests upon request.Responsibilities:
• Ensure customers' dining experience is memorable
• Maintain a high profile during service by being polite and helpful
• Provide prompt, discreet and attentive service
• Take instructions from chef and senior waiters, anticipating their needs
• Maintain your clean and clear season at all times
• Issue additional cutlery / cups, bread and butter as needed
• Run server trays for station
• Respond immediately and deal with spills or breaks
• Report any issues to the station waiter / restaurant manager
• Cleaning stations and be aware of waiter needs
Requirements:
• Maintain a high focus of customer service by addressing your work with clients always in mind
• Make a positive impact by taking personal responsibility and problem-solving initiative, always communicating clearly with clients and colleagues
• Be motivated and committed, enthusiastically approaching all tasks and taking opportunities to learn skills and knowledge, in order to improve your personal performance.
• Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to ever-changing requirements.
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in pursuing departmental goals.
