Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. responsabilidades chave

? Self dependent monthly settlement of contracts
? Creation of quotations for internal and external customers
? Invoicing in SAP and MS office/google application
? Support Program, sales and VSM at negotiations with customers
? Create “timesheets” for external settlement
? Manage commercial Risk and Opportunities
? Define commercial boundary conditions for quotations
? Create contracts
? Secure compliant contract management process
? Support and collaborate invoice processing
? Create Business Cases, and financial business plans.
? Bringing together the offer status and details and representing them to the steering
committee
? Clarification with customers on unclear topics.
? Check commercial data to the IT interface (e.g AirSupply,..)
? Key User functions for Finance Part of the SAP SD Faktura Module
? Outlook Account „Account Receivable“ In-/outbox for all questions to outgoing invoices
from ASA/PAI

competências

A bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
Experience in leading various projects and negotiations
High resilience and assertiveness
Team & communication skills
Business fluent English (German desirable)
Basic knowledge in SAP SD
Experience in MS Office and G Suite
