- - 12th grade or university frequency;
- - Experience with utility processes;
- - Customer management skills;
- - Fluent Italian (mandatory);
- - Fluent English or Portuguese (mandatory);
- - Positive and enthusiastic attitude;
- - Good knowledge of computer science from the user's perspective;
- - Immediate availability.
responsabilidades- Commercial backoffice activities for a utility client:
- Written communications - treatment and response to customer emails;
- Analysis of current accounts;
- Contact with customers through phone call.
benefícios- Temporary Work Contract with Randstad;
- Base salary: €720 (gross)/month;
- Bonus per language: €400 (gross)/month (paid the total quarterly);
- Meal allowance (paid by meal card): €7,63/day;
- transport allowance: €40;
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm;
- Days off: weekend;
