Randstad, a human resources company, is recruiting for a BackOffice Administrative position for a reputable international consultant as part of the strengthening of the support team allocated to a client in the Energy sector.


  • - 12th grade or university frequency;
  • - Experience with utility processes;
  • - Customer management skills;
  • - Fluent Italian (mandatory);
  • - Fluent English or Portuguese (mandatory);
  • - Positive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • - Good knowledge of computer science from the user's perspective;
  • - Immediate availability.


- Commercial backoffice activities for a utility client:
- Written communications - treatment and response to customer emails;
- Analysis of current accounts;
- Contact with customers through phone call.


- Temporary Work Contract with Randstad;
- Base salary: €720 (gross)/month;
- Bonus per language: €400 (gross)/month (paid the total quarterly);
- Meal allowance (paid by meal card): €7,63/day;
- transport allowance: €40;
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm;
- Days off: weekend;
- Other benefits provided by the customer.
