Kelly Services is recruiting for a well known client of Transports and Logistics Industry, a Collections Clerk (M/F) with fluency in English and Spanish for a project of approximately 4 months - Maternity Replacement.
As a Collections Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Contact with customers and providers to collect the maximum amount of overdue funds, according with internal techniques and procedures;
- Guarantee the collection of credits from customers and suppliers;
- Offer repayment options;
- Other administrative tasks related with the position itself.
What we look for:
- Minimum of high school diploma (mandatory);
- Fluency in English written and spoken (mandatory)
- Fluency in Spanish written and spoken (mandatory);
- Availability to start as soon as possible (mandatory);
- Previous experience in collections (preferential);
- Customer orientation;
- Stress resistance.
What we offer:
- Initial training;
- Work contract;
- Monthly base gross salary of 1000€ + Meal Allowance of 7,23€/day
- Workload: Monday to Friday from 08h30 to 17h30 (8h/day).
- Workplace: Miraflores, Algés
