We’re Hiring: Collection Agent Location: Miraflores, Algés | Hybrid Work Model Industry: International Logistics & Supply Chain Services Are you experienced in Collections and looking to join a dynamic multinational environment? This is your opportunity to be part of a global logistics company, working in an international shared services context, with exposure to diverse clients and markets. Your Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure timely debt collection; • Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and follow up on payment commitments; • Analyze and resolve billing disputes and claims in coordination with internal teams and subsidiaries; • Monitor aging balances, identify risks and propose suitable solutions; • Update and maintain accurate records in ERP and collections tools (e.g. Sidetrade, SAP); • Prepare and deliver collections and DSO reports for internal stakeholders; • Communicate daily with internal teams and clients by email and phone in an international environment. What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections / Cash Collection / Accounts Receivable; • Fluent English (C1 – mandatory); • Advanced Excel skills (reporting and data analysis); • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP and/or collections tools preferred); • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced multinational setting.
