Your Job:
As a Client Manager/Advisor, you will be the first sales point of contact via phone and chat in Hebrew, setting the foundation for long-term customer relationship.
By promoting a positive and collaborative experience for prospects, you will help them to learn about, engage with, implement and purchase products. You will understand customer needs, identify opportunities and generate sales qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline. You will also provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios and position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
Profile:
-Native or fluent in Hebrew and at least B2 level of English (mandatory);
-Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
-Excellent PC and Internet skills;
-Being driven by customer satisfaction;
-Proactive and a problem solver.
The offer:
-Training – Monday to Friday for 20 days;
-Workload – Monday to Friday, from 07am to 4pm;
-Work Contract directly with our client;
-Conditions – Gross base salary 1300€ + Variable Bonus + Meal Allowance + Christmas and Holidays allowance.
