Our client is a company in the Information Technology sector that is looking to expand its business in Portugal with the hiring of a Chief Operations Officer (m/f).Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of Business Unit Managers;
• Responsible for the strategic coordination of the outsourcing operation;
• Management of client’s contracts;
• Developing performance measures for the outsourcing operations;
• Securing the strategies and plans being developed and applied are in agreement with the company’s goals and the client’s needs.

Competências:
Requirements:Experience in IT recruitment area and/or outsourcing business;
Knowledge and experience of other IT business areas is preferential;
Availability to travel at least once a month;
Team management and communications skills;
College degree in relevant area;
Experience in management functions;
Leadership profile, with decision-making skills;
Problem-solving skills.
