Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave
Your mission: Commodity Focal Point for Catalog price/lead times focused on Military business, apply Airbus Defence and Space procurement procedures and guidelines, deliver in a dynamic environment and engaging team atmosphere where trust and empowerment are the corner stones.Essential Functions (always in coordination with the accountable commodity manager):
? Obsolescence management
? Attendance to ADS internal meetings related to price management, SAP upload, etc with TOPAS and other CoCs
? First layer to Supply Chain escalation for missing price conditions
? Preparation and sanitation of information sent to, and received from, the Supply Chain to better manage it, including, but not limited to, price collection tools readiness and sanity check of received information
? Support portfolio analysis; spares, repairs, lead times
? Support Commodity and Sub-contracting team on a daily basis to answer basic questions on Price Catalog (price, lead times, obsolescence,…) questions
? Support Commodity with the deployment of any digital solution linked to Price Catalog
? Maintains up to date training/awareness/communication documents linked to Price Catalog
? Prepares and builds targeted communication to people impacted by Price Catalog
competências
At least 3 years of professional experience, procurement experience is a plus.Customer and delivery minded.
Can do attitude.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Influencing, networking, at ease in a multicultural/multifunctional environment.
Team player.
English: negotiation level
