Our client is an Online Casino that provides the possibility to play games of chance without having to leave home.To help our client to deliver a game experience that exceeds the ordinary, Kelly Services is looking for Casino Service Agents, with fluency in French, English, Italian and Spanish (with the plus of Portuguese or English), to start a brand-new project in Lisbon.
Main responsibilities:
A Casino Service Agent (m/f) has a wide range of responsibilities focused on:
- Answer by phone, email or chat to customer inquiries related to new accounts or update account records;
- Handle with customer complaints, troubleshoot problems or fund accounts;
- Provides information related to gaming rules, offer promotional items, or conduct proactive;
- Utilizes business applications and the appropriate technology to perform routine activities, as daily transactions and processes related to the operations.
Profile:
- Previous experience in Customer Support or similar (mandatory);
- Native or Fluency in French/ English / Italian or Spanish, with at least Portuguese or English B2 (both oral and writing - mandatory);
- Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;
- Organized, able to multitask and to face successive changes;
- Empathic and an effective speaker;
- Data and results-driven.
Workplace: Lisbon
Schedule: Availability to work on 24/07 schedules

Conditions: Italian or French > Gross base salary - 1000€ + Meal Allowance; English or Spanish > Gross base salary – 800€ + Meal Allowance
