The Siemens Mobility and Transport division provides integrated mobility solutions for urban, interburban and logistics transport. For the efficient transportation of passengers and goods, we combine specialization in automation and eletrification by road and rail, raid vehicles, turnkey systems, consulting and consumer services.
Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Cash Collector Trainee, fluent in Spanish, for our client Siemens Mobility in Alfragide, Lisbon.
Execution of the administrative AR tasks that involve the employee life cycle from the global AR product catalogue:
- Customer Accountant Management;
- Contact Business Unit's and Sales Departments;
- Solve invoices incidents;
-SOA controls;
-Complaints and reminders;
-Customer care (incoming calls and e-mails);
- Other activities;
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum High School Degree; University Degree will be a plus;
- Fluent in Spanish written and spoken (mandatory); good knowledge of english is a plus;
- Knowledge in Accounting;
- Knowledge of SWP;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
