Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a  Cash Collector Trainee fluent in French, for our client Siemens in Alfragide, Lisbon.
 
For the Accounting & Finance team of our client, we are looking for a Cash Collector Trainee with the follow responsibilities:

- Customer Accoutant Management;
- Contact Business Unit's Departments;
- Pre and active chasing of customers debits;
- Solve invoices incidents;
- Monitoring Credit Limit;
- Sales order blocked follow up;
- SOA Controls;
- Dunning Letters;
- Complaints and reminders;
-Customer care (incoming calls and e-mails);
-Other ativities (e.g, interest letters, AP/AR netting;

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum High School Degree;
- French fluent with knowledge of German 
- Knowledge of SAP Software will be an added value;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
