Do you like to work as an cash collector? Do you like to work with financing scheme? Then we have the right job for you!Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Cash Collector fluent in French or German(m/f).
As a Cash Collector, your will be accountable for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques, legal claims, and the selective use of outside collection services.
Responsibility:
- Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts;
- Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts;
- Issue payment commitment letters;
- Offer repayment options;
- Recommend bad debt write-offs.
Profile:
- Minimum of high school diploma (mandatory);
- Minimum 2 years of Collections experience (mandatory);
- Basic experience in accounting;
- Native or Fluency in French or German with good knowledge in English (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of Oracle Financial and Business Object (mandatory);
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Proactive and adaptable.
