Adecco Human Resources is currently looking for and hiring, through its Shared Services Centre Recruitment team, an English and portuguese speaking candidate for the position of Collections Analyst.Funções
- Analysing outstanding balances and overdue payments;- Communicate with customers by telephone or written correspondence to resolve payment problems;- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of communication with customers, payment arrangements and any changes in account status;- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to payments;
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers understand their financial obligations;
- Prepare periodic reports on collection activities, outstanding balances and account status for management review;
- Make recommendations for legal action and interact with external partners in persistent cases.
Requisitos
- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable or similar functions;- Fluent in English & Portuguese (required);
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices:
- Facility in answering calls and responding to customers on the line;
- Customer service;- Strong customer service skills, as this is a customer-orientated role;
- Computer skills;
- Proficiency in using booking system tools + customer data management.
Oferta
- Opportunity to work for a leading company-;- Basic salary: €1100 + €8.32/day meal allowance;
- Hours: full-time (08h30-17h30) Monday to Friday;
