Kelly Services is looking for a Capabilities Excellence Manager(m/f), to reinforce our client’s operations teams

The Capabilities Excellence Manager is responsible to proactive collaborate with the business to ensure maximum impact in the field, providing a core learning & training program based on current/ future capabilities needs.
The Capabilities Excellence Manager actively seeks for innovative and impactful learning approaches, developing a comprehensive strategy, providing deep understanding of the healthcare market, our customer and insights to create new business opportunities.
This role has a positive influence through the organization as credible learning partner that foresees future capabilities, engages the teams being able be a change agent on behavior aligned with our culture: Inspire Curious and Unboss.

Develop a strategic learning program and guarantee impactful implementation to equip associates with the identified capabilities, developing a culture of curiosity and entrepreneurship within the client.
Be an expert on blended learning (e.g. learning theories, methods, technologies) to deliver innovative solutions.
Master project management, presentation and facilitation skills.
Align and share resources across functions and with other BU's in order to optimize business results and productivity.
Be and act as a credible business partner with organizational awareness, influence, resilience and collaboration skills. Possess and apply the commercial understanding to be an effective learning business.
Analyse and respond to internal/external benchmarks and diagnostics as well as to customer, employee and performance feedback in order to guarantee all issues are timely resolved and opportunities/threats identified.
Get inspired from concrete best practices from: global, region, wec/ other divisions embedding best practices according to our Purpose.

Robust learning plan design and implementation
Customer Facing performance improvement measured against internal goals / external benchmarks
Customer Facing Teams engagement and implementation of Novartis Training methodologies measured through internal and external reviews

Education
Minimum: University degree ( e.g. business, economics, psychology)
Languages
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience
5+ years in sales and/or commercial experience specialty in the Pharma or healthcare Industry with proven experience (Hospital setting is a plus)
Experience in industries with parallels in terms of business model desired (life sciences and similar).
