Job Description
We are recruiting fluent German speakers (C1/C2 or native) for several international projects in the areas of tourism, technology, insurance and digital platforms.
The roles are in-person in Lisbon (Parque das Nações) or teleworking from anywhere in Portugal.
Work location: Lisbon or remote (Portugal)
Start: Summer 2025
Regimen: Full-time, in-person or remote
Initial training: Paid
Contract: Permanent or renewable fixed-term (depending on the project)
Main functions (depending on the project):
Customer service by phone, email or chat, technical support and customer follow-up, processing of legal documentation (backoffice), commercial and digital support for online platforms, management of reservations and mobility requests (rent-a-car).
On-site projects – Lisbon (Parque das Nações):
1. Legal Backoffice – Airline
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Written function, no telephone contact.
Conditions: €1,100 base + €75 for the role + up to €150 bonus + €7.23/day meal allowance 2.
2. Technical Support – Technology Sector
Hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
Channels: telephone, email, chat and social networks
Conditions: €1,100 base + €135 for the role + up to €120 bonus + €7.23/day meal allowance
3. Customer Service – Insurance
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm (rotating shifts)
Conditions: €1,100 base + €100 for the role + up to €100 bonus + €7.23/day meal allowance meal
4. Digital Support – Online Platform
Hours: Sunday to Friday, between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm
Includes Uber allowance of up to €25 for morning shifts
Conditions: €1,100 base + €180 function + €7.23/day meal allowance
100% Teleworking Projects – Anywhere in mainland Portugal
5. Rent-a-Car – Customer Support
Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm (two days off per week) English is not required.
Conditions: €1,030 (14 months) + up to €120 bonus + €30 for each weekend worked + €7.23/day meal allowance
6. Technical Support – Automotive Digital Products
Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts (with rotating days off)
Requires minimum English B1
Conditions: €1,030 (14 months) + €80 for the role + €7.23/day meal allowance
Ideal profile: Fluent in German (C1/C2 or native)
Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
Good communication, empathy and organisational skills
Comfort with digital tools
Availability to start training in July/August
Conditions offered: Permanent or renewable fixed-term contract
