Randstad was challenged by a big multinational company in the foods and beverages sector to search for the best possible talent to work in their shared services center.You'll be challenged to do your best in the following functions:
- Conduct selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation and contract renewals according to the company defined strategies and policy;
- Implement preferred suppliers, validation of single source suppliers, negotiation assistance and supplier relationship management.
- Achieve an optimized procure to pay process and the best cost/performance ratio;
- Measure and drive process compliance and utilization of leveraged buying agreements and optimization of procurement channels;
- Manage procurement projects with the objective to add value to the business;
- Measure, analyze and manage supplier performance to improve quality, reduce costs, mitigate supply risk and drive continuous improvement.

Competências:
what you need to apply:- Good level of English;
- Preferential master degree in Business, but not mandatory;
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Will to learn;
- Team spirit;
- Good analysis skills and problem solving mind-set;
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
