Our client is a prestigious multinational company that aims to expand its workforce by recruiting a “Business Unit Director (m/f)”.This position will have as key responsibilities:
-Build the sales and marketing plan at an industry level, with new areas, new customers to develop;
-Identify, select and prioritize major business needs to focus on at his clients;
-Prospection and acquisition of clients and profitable projects;
-People Management;
-Business Management;
-Regular update of management tools (ERP, CRM, HR,…);
-Provide adequate operational reporting to management.

Competências:
Profile-Master degree;
-Relevant professional experience in Business and Management;
-Fluent spoken and written English;
-Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience;

-Leadership, Empathy and Credibility;
-Experience in Consulting and Information Technology companies;
-Strong analytical skills.
