responsabilidades chave
document verification and validation at the time of registration (backoffice) through Salesforce;onboarding session, with buyers from the Croatian market, to explain and identify the best offer (advice, sales);
debt collection in the event of non-payment by buyers;
after-sales coordination (issues with purchases or transport coordination);
competências
high school diploma (mandatory);call center experience (elimination);
native Croatian language and advanced English (C1 minimum), both languages required;
resilience and commitment to the project;

What do we have to offer you?- base salary of 1.300€ gross per month;
