Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. responsabilidades chave
? Support buyers on the deployment of Procurement Digital solutions including support on access management they and their suppliers have to use;? Cross function support to Procurement commodities on transverse projects (R&T, Export Control Data, Enablement, Costing Brochure, Procurement Plan) including digital set-up;
? Optimize business processes to achieve more efficient results including establishing standard processes and best practices;
? Develop detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes;
? Data management support / maintenance including data cleansing (digital dashboard, procurement tools, specific trackers) and current tools improvements;
? Maintain and perform awareness sessions on procurement processes to buyers (risk management);
? Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report progress. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
competências
A degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data;
Digital background (Google apps, ...) with tools improvement mindset;
Past experience in Procurement or process and tools governance;
Communication, presentation and change management skills;
Ability to write in English to communicate via emails or phone with suppliers and internal Airbus stakeholders;
Be customer focused, understand priorities;
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement,
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations;
Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
