Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.CRYOPDP is a subsidiary of Air Liquide and has been dedicated to finding solutions for the transport of temperature sensitive products in the life science sector.
In order to grow their business, CRYOPDP is recruiting a Business Data Analyst.
Competências:
fluent in English (mandatory);university degree in Management, Finance or relevant field;
2 or more years working experience in Business Administration;
experience in Business Intelligence tools (example: Power BI, Qliksense or Tableu);
previous experience in reporting, KPIs and Dashboards;
previous experience with a CRM tool (salesforce, pipedrive);
experience in SAP/SAGE.
Principais responsabilidades
responsible to produce, consolidate and present reports to the CCO and the key stakeholders about sales results and evolution, revenue, margin, trade lanes, and results versus targets;elaborate reports to used in decision-making process like Tenders, Shipping to profile, Pricing Committee, and agent’s negotiation;
builds central pricing database, monitor and present results regarding our pricing policy and positioning in the global market;
detect and suggest corrections on potential errors in costumer’s final prices, costs and margins from the company’s ERPs;
produce and consolidate Market studies;
build dynamic reports (e.g. Power BI) to help the company and its decision makers get a clear picture of sales/revenue;
