BCD role:international interface with BCD group
share best practices with the business areas
work together with the key contact from each business area to implement the concept for each product
training support
ABFS (Active Based Field Steering) improvement
define, measure and control different channels (processes)
continuous improvement
Enterprise marketing role:
enterprise together strategic and operational support
product definition and materials
online sales channel
client campaigns, events and sponsorships
client relationship support
database quality
