Randstad Professionals is the business line of Randstad Group focused on Middle&Top Management Recruitment.Our Client is an international specialist insurer that is now looking for a Business Change Analyst to reforce their team.
Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Academic graduate in business, economics or engineering or an MBA;
- Min. 2 years relevant working experience in (digital) business transformation (Relevant consulting experience in the financial services would be of interest);
- Experience of working in the Insurance industry (personal lines and small commercial) is preferred;
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel;
- Highly result driven with a desire to make things happen;
- Have well developed analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work with people at all levels within, and external to, the business;
- Commitment to quality, service and personal ownership;
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment;
- A confident communicator, able to work in English to a professional business level;
- Curious by nature with a desire for continuous improvement and personal growth.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Build strong and productive relationships with the managers and staff, within the European Business and across IT in order to facilitate effective business change based on a deep understanding of the business drivers of each party;
- Undertake business analysis and contribute to the production of business cases in order to define improvement opportunities;
- Lead smaller to medium sized initiatives and be responsible for selected work streams;
- Provide PMO support in larger initiatives working closely together with the project/programme manager and Business/IT stakeholders across Europe;
- Ensure that appropriate benefit trackers and audits of improvements are in place to ensure consistent and optimum implementation and ROI demonstration of each project;
- Support the on-going development of the Business Analyst Practice, developing standards, procedures, and knowledge transfer.
