KEY RESPONSIBILITIEs

Elicit, analyze, document, and manage detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate business needs and functional specifications.
Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic goals.
Perform in-depth process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized business processes and system improvements.
Support the design, development, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements and that solutions meet business objectives.
Assist in the planning and execution of Key User Testing (KUT), ensuring that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Communicate effectively and transparently with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform solution design.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies within the organization.

Minimum requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large, global e-commerce projects.

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a software development

environment.

• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies (XP, SAFe is a

plus).

• Familiarity with Agile techniques such

• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA and Confluence is a plus).

• Technical background and/or experience as a Software Engineer is an asset




Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams at all

levels.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with high

expectations.




Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or

a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent certification.


Languages
