• Collect and document business requirements;
• Support user acceptance tests:
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• A degree in IT / Computer Science
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

• Windows XP and Windows 7 basic experience;
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Installation and update of software environment in test lab;
• Previous experience in test support for implementation proposes including:
• Test execution;
• Test results analysis and interpretation of results;
• Report issues to 3rd level support;
• Detailed reporting of tests results;
• Results Summary and reporting
• Previous experience in support of a solution including:
• Logs analyzes;
• Data extraction;
• Report to 3rd level support;
• Fixi validation
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to interact with the client in meetings;
• Fluent in English.
