Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Demonstrable experience analysing and documenting complex business requirements, processes and Use Cases;
- Over 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst in the Telco industry;
- Experience of IoT-based projects;
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems;
- Deep understanding of eTOM;
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle;
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users;
- Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong experience in telecommunications industry in BSS/OSS domain;
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;
- Experience of the logistics environment including Warehouse Management, Delivery Management and Logistics Planning;
- Has knowledge and experience of delivering Cloud based systems;
- Led successful business process reorganization projects;
- Bachelors degree or above in communication and computer science related major preferred.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- To capture, collate, analyse and fully document and own Functional, Operational, Security, Regulatory & Capacity requirements related to running of WING service in a global environment, within the WING technical and commercial context;
- To accurately document and deliver various new processes within WING Operation. These new processes within WING as-as-service have to be aligned and linked with MNO/CSP customer processes, but these operational/service/business processes need to be worked out and implemented based on WING capability and the context within which WING will run;
- Capture, analysis and ownership of E2E process across in IoT environment;
- Capture, agreement and ownership of requirements through selection of internal and 3rd party supplier/partners;
- Engage and effectively support Project Manager, Solution Architecture/Design leads, Business & Technical
- Representatives and key stakeholders in the production and review of essential project documents for the proposed Solution;
- Based on product expertise and industry standard, provide professional advice for better operation efficiency and customer experience;
- Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from internal and external stakeholders on the specifications;
- Review all processes periodically for operational effectiveness and efficiency ensuring single point of data capture and streamlined workflow in all areas;
- Providing the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding WING capabilities, throughout the various lifecycle;
- Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
