Our client is a software company with own product, which following the need to strengthen its team, seeks to identify one:Business Analyst (M/F)
Lisbon
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire business context and knowledge to develop functional requirements documentation and technical requirements specifications
Gaining deep knowledge of the SW portfolio assigned to his/her responsibility
Engagement with the project team and Business Owners/Project stakeholders
Work to continuously improve systems and processes, planning and designing modifications
Drive requirements gathering sessions and facilitation workshops, follow-up on action items
Execute integration and system tests on applications if necessary
Providing application support and assistance to the international IT Team
Ensure that documentation required to ensure compliance with company policies exists and is maintained
REQUIRED SKILLS
3+ years’ experience in similar roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Portuguese.
Fluent capability in reading, analysing and interpreting technical information.
Proven experience of running parallel projects from initiation to completion in a multicultural environment
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Ability to work in virtual teams
Experience in agile methodology and full project life cycle technologies
BENEFICIAL SKILLS
Programming / Software Development Experience
LAMP stack, JIRA, Microsoft Office products
Knowledge in accounting/logistics systems or ERP systems
Experience in the waste business or logistic processes
