Kelly IT Resources is recruiting a Business Analyst (M/F) with different levels of experience and expertise to integrate a Multinational Company of Management Consultancy.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Performing requirements analysis and write/maintain functional specifications;
• For every specification, ensure the analysis, tests and coordination of release management;
• Participate actively to investigate and resolve operational issues;
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering or Management;
• Previous experience in Bank and Insurance Sector;
• Ability of learning fast, adopting new tools and building new skills when necessary;
• Go-live support;
• Collaborative, open and flexible mindset with critical thinking;
• Basic programming skills preferably in JAVA or COBOL;
• Fluent in English;
• French language minimum B1 level.
