Main Responsibilities:Analysis and monitoring of sales volumes, market trends and competition;
Development and execution of promotional initiatives, in order to increase consumption in a profitable way and according to budget;
Identification and development of business-building ideas in cooperation with other departments to carry out the plans;
Coordination of product management and / or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production plan, sales promotion, sales, market research, advertising agencies);
Contribute for renovation / innovation pipeline to fuel the brand growth;
Ensure that the level of competitiveness of the brand in the market is high;
Crack consumer and HCP insights to build differentiated product concepts and activation plans.
Perfil desejado
Ideal Profile:Degree in Marketing, Management or Pharmaceutical Sciences;
3 - 4 years of experience as Brand Manager in Pharma;
Proven experience in communication with the consumer and the medical community;
Strong technical skills in the Marketing area;
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Analytical thinking ability;
Business and customer orientation;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
