Kelly Services is recruiting Booking Adviser (m/f) for an enterprise situated in Lisbon.Do you like Tourism? Are you passionate about online business and have experience in Customer Care Assistant? Then we have the right job for you!
As a Booking Adviser, you'll be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, by answering customer's queries (by phone or via email) and by an accurate follow-up. This means that you should be able to create and ensure a fruitful relationship with customers.
Profile:
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken German / Italian / Spanish, with English – C2 (mandatory);
- Emphatic, critical thinker and creative;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Results driven;
- Flexible and committed.
Workload - from Monday to Sunday, between 07h - 22h
Conditions - between 957€ until 757€ + plus meal allowance, a bonus during the training, bonus after the training
