We are recruiting for an enterprise who is the European leader of car rental services and one of the major mobility player, for a position of Billing Administration (M/F).
Responsabilities:
- Investigate and analyze automatic invoicing errors then perform customer account settings adjustments;
- Issue manual invoices to customers (EDI, pdf, paper…);
- Issue monthly customer statements and reporting when requested;
- Process manual credit memos;
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchange;
- Register invoices into Oracle Financial AR system;
- Other related tasks.
- Minimum of high school diploma (mandatory);
- Basic experience in Accounting (mandatory);
- You should be well-versed with the flow of journal entries (mandatory);
- Good working knowledge in SAP and Oracle (mandatory);
- Native or Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Excellent customer service skills and experience of telephone based
support is desirable; - Stress resistant;
- Proactive and adaptable to fast paced environment.

From Monday to Friday: 08h00-17h00
