Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
Our client is the Headphones' Professional Audio Company – Beats by Dr. Dre. We are now recruiting Customer Care Specialists (Inbound) to our office in Lisbon to support the Dutch language market. Based on actual skill-set and multi-language fluency, agents will handle various channels of support (e.g., phone, email, white mail, chat, social media, etc.) inquiries covering pre-purchase suggestions, basic product troubleshooting, assist with consumer sales order entry, provide product usage assistance, upsell current/future Beats' products and services.
High School diploma (minimum)
Experience Target (Preferable)
Customer Care Experience
Email and chat support experience
Dutch Native Speaker (Eliminatory), plus one additional Language.
Good English knowledge (training will be in English)
Ability to actively listen and determine customer needs
Excellent Communicational skills - typing skills for a chat or email environment
Team player and leadership skills
Proficient in dealing with Headphones Professional Audio (preferable)
Full-time 8h/day, between 7am and 8pm, from Monday to Friday
Base salary (x14 months) + Lunch fee + Monthly Performance Bonus + Private health insurance
Work place: Parque das Nações, Lisbon
• €500 Bonus after complete training successfully
• €500 Permanency Bonus after first 6 months
• €600 Permanency Bonus for each 6 months after the first year
• Payment of 3 first months accommodation
• Refund Travel ticket until €200
