Principais responsabilidades
BCD role:- international interface with BCD group
- share best practices with the business areas
- work together with the key contact from each business area to implement the concept for each product
training support
- ABFS (Active Based Field Steering) improvement
- define, measure and control different channels (processes)
- continuous improvement
Enterprise marketing role:
- enterprise together strategic and operational support
- product definition and materials
- online sales channel
- client campaigns, events and sponsorships
- client relationship support
- database quality
