Kelly Services is currently Backoffice - energy sector (m/f), with fluency in Italian and English, for his outsourcing client in Amoreiras.Job Description: billing tasks, namely the resolution of billing complaints and billing anomalies.
Profile:
- Oral and written communication skills in one or more of the following languages - Italian (mandatory);
- Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
Conditions: RBM between 600€ + Language Bonus 400€ + 7.63€ meal allowance + 40€ transport allowance
Workload: 09h00 to 18h00 MON-FRI (8h/day – 40h week)
Office: Amoreiras
