Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave

The Authorization Team supports the HR functions by providing on-demand access to different HR systems, in accordance with three main rules: Need to Know Principle, Segregation of Duty and GDPR compliance.
Your responsibilities will be:
Ensure Need to Know Principle, Segregation of Duties and GDPR compliance for all requests.
Ensure compliance with Airbus processes.
Answer support requests related to authorisation management and provision the needed accesses in the HR systems, as soon as all prerequisites are met.
Coordinate requests with Stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring accordance with customer requirements.
Conducting impact analysis for reorganisation projects and mitigating identified risks.
Support Business Transformation projects by analysing possible risks and impacts for the authorisation accesses in the different HR systems, ensuring project timelines are followed and customer expectations met.
Create/update standard operating procedures.
Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities.
Support audits, data quality monitoring and needed corrections.

Rigorous and autonomous way of working and being able to react/adapt to the situations.
Continuous Improvement mindset.
Negotiation level of English.
Knowledge in SAP HR and/or Workday is a plus.
Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate).
Knowledge and experience in Google App Sheet/Apps Script is a plus.
