Randstad Professionals is the Business Line of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a prestigious Retail Group that is now looking for a Payroll Specialist to reforce their companie.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the monthly payroll process of all the employees in the company;
- Proactively collects and transmits country specific payroll needs;
- Ensure the accuracy of the timesheet software of the company;
- Manage all maintenance-data entry for all personnel changes in the Payroll System;

Competências:
Requirements-Proven experience as an administrative assistant;
-Proficiency in MS Office (namely: MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint);
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Portuguese and English);
-Flexibility in terms of working schedule;
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Solid team spirit and sense of responsibility.
