RESPONSABILITIES:
o Work with a Team of Application Support Engineers focused on solving technical and issue applications;
o Scope and troubleshoot complex issues, managing the costumer expectations and collaborating with the order to meet client’s expectations in the shortest possible time;
o Help within the resolution of the complex, technical and escalated support incidents in order to give support to costumer development and deployments of ERP Systems;
o Participate in a full-cycle of incident projects;
REQUIREMENTS:
o Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related;
o Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Management Support, Quality Assurance or Software Development;
o Proven experience with Java and PL/SQL;
o Costumer focused and advanced programming skills;
o Strong data visualization and communication skills;
o Fluent in English;
o Knowledge in French.
